Design, Construction, Supervision, Commissioning, Completion, and Maintenance of Three-Storied Lecture Hall Building for the Faculty of Technology, University of Ruhuna, Karagoda Uyangoda, Kamburupitiya
The building was designed as three main building blocks with a total floor area of 3940 m2 and mainly facilitated for 500 seating capacity fully furnished and equipped Auditorium, 100 student capacity drawing office, 60 student seating capacity computer room, 80 seating capacity fully furnished and equipped conference room, 55 numbers of staff rooms and Lecture theaters with the capacity of 250,120 and 60 students respectively. In addition to that access road, car parks, landscaping works, and an underground sump with pump house were constructed under this work scope.
