Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd. (CESL) is a fully owned subsidiary of the Central Engineering Consultancy Bureau (CECB) acting as it’s construction arm, incorporated as a Limited Liability Company in December 2003, under the Companies Act No. 17 of 1982 and re-registered in November 2009 under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007.
CESL became actively operational at the beginning of 2011 to make use of the opportunity created by the high demand for construction services as a result of the boom during this period. CESL took up the challenges which the industry offered, gaining construction management and technical exposure, as well as its project management know how by working alongside CECB.
The Core business of CESL is centered on the construction of buildings, roads, bridges, water supply & drainage schemes and urban infrastructure. The company is also involved in the production of concrete and asphalt for its projects.
CESL construction serves customers in the public sector as well as the private sector. The range of construction extends from education and healthcare facilities to office buildings, residential buildings, industrial facilities, playgrounds, swimming pools and water supply and drainage schemes.
