Grand Opening of the newly built “Nila Piyasa†Official Quarters for Public Sector Staff in Colombo District
The “Nila Piyasa†Official Quarters for Public Officers working in the Colombo District, built by the Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd at the cost Rs. 921 million, was ceremoniously declared open on 15.10.2021 by Hon. Janaka Bandara Thennakoon, Minister of Public Services, Provincial Councils and Local Government in the presence of distinguished dignitaries. The University of Moratuwa was the consultant for the project.
The Six Storied apartment complex built on 112 perches of land at Hector Kobbekaduwa Mawataha, Colombo 7, houses 5 Apartment Floors, each with 8 self-contained Apartments of 150 sq.m. of floor area, Ground Floor level Parking slots, Roof Terrace and Service Area.
