Contributions of beds for Covid patients at Hospitals and Covid Centers around the country - 2021
The Government launched an emergency programme on 07th May 2021 to fabricate and supply within ten days 10,000 steel beds with the help of public and private sector organizations to meet the urgent need to increase the number of patents beds in the national hospitals for COVID care.
The Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd, considering the need to support national COVID care preparedness as a highly responsible state organization, fabricated and supplied 650 steel beds costing Rs. 9,701,250 within the 10-day deadline to Ministry of Health as our CSR contribution. The beds were distributed to 12 national hospitals in the country. This charity work led by CEO/CESL under the guidance of Chairman was completed within the deadline with the dedicated support of all Engineers and staff of CESL.
